Cozy Hotel@ Kl Sentral - Kuala Lumpur

I had a pleasant stay at Cozy Hotel@ Kl Sentral with my 10-month-old daughter. The spacious, spotless room was equipped with a refrigerator, which made our stay more comfortable. The friendly staff even helped with our luggage. While the location was fantastic—with many landmarks like Nu Sentral Mall and the National Mosque nearby—some minor issues like the need for better soundproofing and a lack of a toilet rubbish bin affected the overall experience. the natural garden area provided a nice spot for relaxation and was lovely for family bonding.

Enjoyed my stay, had a very pleasant experience. Personnel were extremely friendly, location was easy, convenient place for a couple of nights. Location: the hotel was near the surrounding area, monorail, and the centre of public transport. I visited Sankranti, based close to the venue, had dinner there. Visited their restaurant TAR Boosh couple of times. The service here was good;))

I had a fantastic stay! The location was super convenient, just steps away from the main transport hub and near plenty of tasty food options. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, making my late check-in stress-free. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfy-perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!

My room didn’t have any windows, which might not be great for those who love natural light. there was some inconsistency with the water pressure in the shower. though, it was a cozy stay!

Excellent Experience in Kuala Lumpur!

I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access, which made it easy to plan my visit. The room service and 24-hour front desk were helpful, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was a great perk as well, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring!

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a hairdryer in the room.

Clean room, spacious facilities, the breakfast options were excellent and the location was convenient for exploring the nearby railways.

Everything was fantastic.

The room was wicked cozy and clean. They had a mini fridge which was a lifesaver. I loved how close it was to KL Sentral. Staff was super friendly, even held the door for me. Only thing, the shower pressure could use a boost. The mattress, though, was comfy for a good night's sleep.

The family room's depiction is misleading. It's too cozy for four, not as spacious as advertised. Bathroom design is poor, with a shower head positioned too high and often leads to a wet bathroom. Unpleasant cigarette smoke smell emerged at night, seemingly from the bathroom. Closing the door helped but still odd.

The room was clean, spacious, and had strong Wi-Fi which was perfect for my needs. The staff were helpful, always greeting me warmly and offering assistance when needed. The location is excellent, close to public transport, shopping, and various dining options.

I stayed for 1 night as a solo traveler while exploring the Buddhist Maha Vihara nearby. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to KL Sentral and right next to shopping options like NU Central. I appreciated that the room was neat and spacious, equipped with all essential toiletries and a mini fridge.
